If you want one product that supports healthy skin and slows visible ageing, it’s sunscreen. Consistency matters more than perfection.

How much SPF should you apply?

  • Face + neck: aim for about 2 finger lengths of product.

  • Don’t forget ears, hairline, and around the eyes (use an eye-safe formula).

  • Apply as the last step of your morning routine.

When to reapply

  • Every 2 hours if you’re outdoors.

  • After sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.

  • If you’re mostly indoors, reapply if you sit by windows or go outside midday.

If SPF stings or breaks you out, it’s usually a formula mismatch — there are excellent options for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
